1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • You have purchased a paid course from EducationHelp24hr.site.
  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
  • You can provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction with the course.

Refunds are only applicable to individual course purchases. Subscription-based or bundle packages may have different terms (see Section 4).

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If more than 20% of the course has been completed or accessed
  • If the refund request is made after 7 days of the purchase date
  • If the course was purchased at a discounted or promotional price (unless otherwise stated)
  • If the user has violated our Terms of Use
  • If the course was downloaded or shared in any unauthorized way

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your full name, order ID, purchase date, and reason for the refund.
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Subscription & Bundle Policies

For users who purchase subscription access or course bundles:

  • Refunds are only available if no more than one course within the bundle has been started.
  • Subscription renewals are non-refundable, but you may cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
  • Partial refunds for bundles are not offered.

5. Course Transfers or Credits

If you are not eligible for a refund but still unsatisfied, we may offer:

  • A course credit to enroll in a different program of equal or lesser value.
  • A one-time transfer to another course at our discretion.

This is subject to availability and must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
